Heat retaining

heat retaining Fost

Heat retaining is a process of capturing heat of pre-heated pot with food items in an insulated box or in a basket with warm clothes. Retaining process saves the energy consumption and reduces indoor air pollution. Actually, we don’t need to cook food until it is fully cooked, just pre-heat and put the pot in a retaining box for about 45 minutes.
